Product Testing: The FlavorChef Electric Skillet

So, recently I have decided to give a try to a mutually owned product of a friend of mine. I may have also forgotten to take out something for dinner, but that is besides the point. It isn't light weight by any standpoint, but it isn't hard to carry. You have to be careful with the back hinges, because you can either leave it standing like the picture, or you can open it up to use both plates for cooking multiples. After a quick clean, as I do with any product that I haven't used before, I began my trial. I opened it up to use both heating plates, and began to cook my frozen chicken on the upper portion. On the main plate I places my peppers, onions, and garlic to soften. I was attempting a bit of a strange dish, chicken fajita burritos. It sounds almost like I could get stoned for the concoction. I finished cooking and let my skillet cool down while I began to create my burritos. Once the skillet was cool and cleaned, I then seared top and bottom of each burrito to keep them closed. I couldn't be happier with the result! Everything was cooked perfect, and the FlavorChef was amazingly easy to clean. I give this product, so far, a ten out of ten in product value.
