Rant.
I have a problem with hospitals now. I am taking care of my friend right now, while her family is away, and last night I had to take her to the emergency room. First off, was it a crazy drive, because they blocked off the main road to the hospital and sent me on a stupid detour, and the entire time she can't flipping breathe in the seat next to me. Second, it was just us, so I had to get the valet guy to park the car. If he wasn't the slowest human being in getting out ticket, he is very close to the top. Meanwhile, she can't walk, so I have to push her in a wheel chair, and he won't let me push her in to get seen and come back. Third, she was prepared, because she goes to the hospital at least twice a year, so she had a list of her medical history and medications. Smart thing to do, because they asked her to repeat the same thing three times in a row, and each time she was turning bluer. I found the papers in my purse and shoved them at them to get them to stop trying to kill her. Fourth, they get her into an emergency room bed, and immediately do her vitals, right? Her furst nurse was kind, but each time he tried to stick her with a needle he dug it in, and making her cry from the pain. So, you can imagine how angry I was getting while I was trying to calm her down. Fifth, there was a shift change, and her mew nurse wouldn't read anything that happened in the computer or look at her hustory, and proceed to tell her that he problem was from dehydration and that she should take better care of herself. No, this is a reoccurring problem genius, and you would see that if you looked at her history for one dang second! She also took her vital again, and proceed to try and cut off my friends circulation with the blood pressure cuff before actually turning it on. She was screaming, because she felt like it was going to break her arm, and the nurse didn't care. Lastly, the doctor finally came in and just prescribed her a pain killer to fix her Asta problems (uh, no), and a medicine she was already put on by a doctor, that wasn't working (genius). He then proceeded to tell her she might have an illness that is causing, right? This illness usually puts asthmatics in a coma, and he was like, "you'll get passed it on your own." Then, he sent her home without stabilizing her. Are you serious? The treatments you gave her when there didn't work, and now her breathing is declining again, but you're just like, "good enough, send her home." What a crock of mess! If she ends up in a coma again, I swear! Doctors need to care less about moving people through and out of the emergency room, and more about trying to help their patients. She is getting worse, and she probably will have to go back tonight. This is such bull, and I honestly hope he is there, because then he will see how he messed up. Rant over.

Product Testing: The FlavorChef Electric Skillet
Welcome to my menagerie!
Isn't it amazing how hard it can truly be to try and explain how you act and feel to complete strangers?
The easiest way, for me, to accomplish this task is to act as if the reader is an old, dear friend.
There are several things that one can learn about me, but I will narrow it down to six basics.
- I love to read and to write. I do so at any moment that I can, hence a blog to do so.
- I love to be surrounded by my friends and family. I don't feel complete unless my family and friends are around me.
- I love going to new places, meeting new people, and trying new things. If I am given an opportunity, I will take it happily.
- I am obsessed with any quiz or test, and It doesn't matter if it is online, in a book, or in a magazine.
- I live for the Autumn. I don't go crazy when it happens, but it is the brightest time of year to me. The weather is perfect, the world is so colorful, and everyone around me is filled with such happiness.
- I try very hard to make people around me happy. It doesn't matter if I know you or not. If I am given the opportunity, and have the means, I will help anyone that comes across my path. I don't see the point of a life, and a planet, that can't hold some amount of kindness.
